Kevin received his Master of Sacred Music and Master of Music in Voice Performance from Southern Methodist University/Perkins School of Theology in 1989. In 1994 Kevin came to Emmanuel from Peachtree City UMC in Atlanta. He is an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church. Kevin and his wife Robyn have a son, Kirk Ian.
