Special children’s sermons are a part of both services (except on Communion Sundays) making
children active participants in worship. Children are asked to come to the
front of the sanctuary for a special time in which true spontaneity takes
place. At the conclusion of the lesson, children are dismissed to attend
Children’s Church, worship training, or to worship with their parents.
Children’s Church
Due to lots of energy and short attention spans, it is difficult for
preschoolers to sit still for a long worship service with their parents in the
sanctuary. In order for preschoolers and parents to receive the best worship
experience possible, we offer Children’s Church during the 11 a.m. Sunday service. Children’s Church is not just a place where children can be cared for while parents
worship. It’s a place where preschoolers come for fun, fellowship, and learning about God.
Preschoolers include babies through age 5/Kindergarten.
