Emmanuel UMC will host a community Prayer Vigil partnering with Memphis’ Immigrant Relief Task Force. We are the 11th church across the city to host holy space in the last year. As followers of Christ, we are called to pray for those who are suffering, those who are separated from loved ones, and for peace and reconciliation in our community and world. This gathering will be a time of prayer, reflection, and testimony as we lift up our neighbors and hear ways to respond. Weather permitting, we will gather in the picnic area. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket.
